MQFF REVIEW: Hot Guys With Guns (2013, Dir. Doug Spearman)

If you're expecting a lot out of a film called Hot Guys with Guns, then I have nothing for you here.

Doug Spearman's trashy, pseudo-noir is the buffed up brother to films like Eating Out 7 (or whatever it is up to now), though its fair to say there won't be a train of sequels pegged to the back of this one.

There are fun moments to be found in the convoluted sex party killer plotting but it gets tired pretty early on. Perhaps if the hot guys were hotter, the guns bigger or the screenplay (a hell of a lot) funnier, this could have worked. As it is, this is knockoff routine stuff.

Trash with a glossy gay bent.
